2 months late and negative tests

I am 21 years old, and my periods have always been regular. I have not had my period in over 2 months now, I have taken 3 urine tests and all negative results. I am tired all the time, have gained an excessive amount of weight, my breasts are tender, discharge, anything I eat I get sick, and I have been having alot of cramps and my mood swings are horrible. I went to the doctor where they got another negative urine test, and sent me for an ultra sound to check for cysts. The ultra sound came back negative. I would really love to figure out whats going on and have alot of these symptoms go away. anyone have any ideas?

I've had an abnormal period since I stopped taking birth control over 4 years ago. There's multiple reasons why you could not be having it and your thyroid could be one of them. However I've had a thyroid test and that wasn't the issue. Highly doubt you're pregnant. It would show up on a test. Stress is a leading factor for abnormal cycles. Maybe you're stressing about being pregnant. If it persists for 6 months you should see a doctor and they can help you start a normal cycle.

Sounds like maybe  a thyroid problem.  Did they do a blood screening?
