2 tampons..?

by 128gurls, Jun 15, 2007 12:00AM
Ok I am sure this question is out there but I can not find any threads that may have a good answer... And searching did not help either...

I know this sounds stupid but I had sex about a week ago and I cannot remember if I took my tampon out. I have no odor or smell. I am on the birth control pill so I haven't started my period again. If it is inside of me is there anyway of feeling it. I think about it all day I am afraid of getting TSS, now I am not heavy at all so I know the chances of TSS are low.  Does anyone have any advice to help me feel better? Would it be easy for my boyfriend to see it if I sat like I was at a gyno appointment with my legs and feet up?
Thanks ahead of time for anyones help!

I would suggest to go see your GYN, so if it is in there he/she can get it out for you. They say if a tampon is stuck up there, then you will get an oder in a few days, but however i had a condom inside me for 4 weeks and had no oder or problems except when it came out i bled a little. See your gyn, because also if it is there and you able or your boyfriend can get it out still check with your doc because you may get an infection then.

Yes. you should definitely get this checked out.  I had a tampon stuck inside some years ago - the first indication was an unpleasant smell and whilst I could not feel anything as far as I could - when the doctor checked there it was really far as it was he said that if I hadn't got it checked out it could have lead to serious infection.

I was thinking that I should see my doctor but I really don't have the money right now to go see one. I am scaried that something is going to be bad of this but I can't afford the doctors right now.
