2 weeks late, negative test, pregnancy symtom? what do you think?

Hello.  I recently had a baby the first week of Feb 2011.  I bled for 8 weeks straight and it tapered off.   At my 6 week apointment i was put on the generic version of Yaz.  In April i had a regular period.  The begining of May i had spotting for one day. (begining  of pill pack)  May 12th was the start of what i would call a period maybe..only lasted 3 days and was normal in flow. (middle of pill pack..still had over a week left before i should have started period. decided to stop taking the pill and use safe sex until i started my next period again, and planned to start my pill pack the following Sunday to get regular again..per dr orders) The last week of May/First week of June, i had went to pee and when i wiped i noticed REALLY light pink on the toilet paper.  Thought..oh, must be getting ready to start my period.  Well nothing came of it.. had some cramping and that was it. It has been 2 weeks since i was suposed to start my period..and i havent started yet.  i had some intense cramping that lasted around an hour about a week ago..but no period.
I have taken 4 home pregnancy tests. All different  brands( ept, clear blue, dollar general, equate), NEGATIVE.  I have 2 girls right now, and with both of them i just "knew"  i was pregnant and had instantly positive tests at 4 weeks pregnant.
I am having back aches that feel like tightening in my lower back..helps to bend over to "stretch it out".  I have been sweating constantly when others are fine.  i get headaches every once in a while..but that is normal, as i am prone to migrains..so i dont know if its pregnancy related or not.(however with my first 2 pregnancies, they were  more frequent).
I AM NOT trying to concieve.  In fact, we hadnt planned on even thinking about having another for at least 3 years..when 3 years passed..then we would talk about it.  If i am pregnant, it would put my due date around my 2nd childs first birthday...ahhh
Has anyone else experienced this before?  I have not talked to my dr yet.  Wanted to wait out June and then try another test if no period..then if negative again..get a blood test.

thanks for your response!  I was just thinking something... the week i was supposed to start my period, i started i strict diet plan.  I started my diet June 6th and since then have lost 12 lbs.  I wonder if this is the reason why i have missed my period?  Took another test this morning..still negative.  I have a doctors appointment next week.  We will see what she says.

More than likely, it's due to the birth control pills you were on. Even if you weren't on them for long, they still do have an effect on your body and the bleeding you had sounds very much like withdrawal bleeding. The symptoms can also be due to your body being off the birth control, or just over-analyzing pregnancy symptoms. It's really difficult to say one way or another what it really could be.

It could even be that your cycle is messed up just from giving birth in Feb. It can take up to a year for them to re-regulate, even if you've not had that problem in the past. I would definitely speak to your doctor about it, and get blood work sooner than later. Then you'll at least know and can go from there. Good luck to you.

I wanted to add that last week i also had a huge increase in discharge.  One day it was like the rubbery glue they use to attach credit cards or stuff to paper, and then the next 3 or 4 days it was constant, watery, clear, and thin. No smell..no tint.  I noticed today that lately it has been more of a milky color.  I have just read about a lot of women having false negatives..
