2 weeks late for MP had tubal ligation 3 years ago

I don't know what to do, I'm 2 weeks late for MP had a tubal ligation 3 years ago.
Breast tenderness has encreased, sligh occasional pains on right side. More hungry then usual as well as a weight gain of approx 7-10 lbs in 1mnth time, been a little more fatiged last couple of weeks. No change in lifestyles, no added stresses ect. have tried looking at other possibilities without results.
when I took EPT test last week was negative.
What should I do?
Are there other possibilities,...

I am worried about being pregnant since I am in a fairly new relationship, and worry of tubal pregnancy as well.

can someone please give me advice?

Did your MP start?  Have you been to the doctor yet?

The tubes where cut and burnt, the OBGYN said it was the best way to have it done.
Had another EPT test last night still neg.
if by monday still no MP will make an appointment with OBGYN.

Out of curiosity, how old are you.  Could it be (early) menopausal at all.  Just a thought since I didn't know your age.

Your best bet is to get a pregnancy blood test.  There are usually more accurate unless you test too early.  What type
of tubal ligation did you get?  I had mine done nearly 6 years
ago.  Mine were cut and cauterized.  Sometimes the tubes can
reconnect depending on what kind of tubal ligation you had.
Get tested soon - if it's a tubal pregnancy, then you want
to take care of things before your tubes rupture.  Take care!
