21 year old diagnosed with 2.5cm septated ovarian cyst, do I need to remove?

I had an ultrasound to check on recent IUD placement. 2.5cm x 1.4cm septated ovarian cyst. Is this something that needs to come out now or monitor? Since the radiology report says "septated" but it still is only 2.5cm is that serious?
