2nd IUI gonal F cycle with luveris

I just did my first IUI today (first of second).
Currently on my second cycle of Gonal F with Luveris this time. My E2 and LH were very low for my first cycle.
Although I had more follicles growing during my first cycle this time (20 mature follicles) I have 5 mature follicles triggered by HCG (20,000 IU) this time. Moreover, my E2 and LH levels are quite high and "normal" for this cycle.
Any tips on keeping optimistic during this cycle?
What is the success rate of IUI with five mature follicles?
Has anyone become preggers with gonal F and IUI?
My doc told me that there are no physiological reasons for not ovulating and menstrating. I just have secondary amenorrhea with no apparent reasons.
Does anyone else have this problem? Do you know why?
