4 days late and a negative pregnancy test

My period is 4 days late I took a pregnancy test yesterday is negative but still no period I feel a lot of cramping comes and goes and the only symptom I have is I'm tired,hot and blooted.  I don't know what to think if I should try another pregnancy test.  I had been having my cramping 3 days before my due date on my period.  Please some advise.  When I got pregnant the first time I tested my self 6 or 7 days after my late period.  Pleas I need help.

Well if u have been trying this could be a good sign, it all depends how careful uve been etc.

Going by ur last pregnancy if no AF by then you could try in a few days time.

well, even after 4 days of being late, if you are indeed pregnant, it should show on an HPT. this negative result would lead me to believe that you are not and there is some other reason that your period is late. are you trying to get pregnant or are you afraid you are? sometimes, that make all the difference.

Not realy true when i got pregnant with my daughter i took 6 pg test and got a negative first. Then i got a faint line as + on the next but when i went to the clinic they told me i was not pg. Of course you know how i felt at that moment. Called and made a appt. then found out i was 12 weeks along.I got my period the month before very light. Know i face the same thing as this young lady. I'm 4 day's late tired, sore boos, nausea, dizzyness,my stomach even feels a bit hard. I get mild cramping come and goes but the pt test came back negative. We can never be to sure with those test i guess.

Hi ladies Thank you for your help I got AF today, I guess when you get a negative result on your pregnancy test thats what it means NOT PREGNANT, but I went online to see if it was normal and then I read some woman have take the test the 1st time is negative and the 2nd time is possitive well I thought that could happen to me.  But NO anyways my husband was hoping I was even do we are not trying for our 2nd baby yet it probably will be by the end of this year Thanks you for your help ladies and good luck.

I am four days late and 37.  My husband and I have been trying to get PG for almost 8 months now. I am on 100mg of Clomid. I have no systems of starting my period or even being PG.   I have done test after test with my doc in the past few months.  She tells me I am no where near mentapause.  I am coming out of a cold.  I have been on cold meds and wondering if that has something to do with me being late.  I did not realize I was late until 2 days pasr.  However,  I have had a cold in the past and I was not late then.  I read that I should wait a few more days and then test again.  Any ideas???

Yes I have taken a three home PG tests everyday in the mourn for the past three days.  They have been all negative.

hi, i have been pregnant 3 times. for the first two i just like you had missed period for a few days . did 2 home pregnancy tests and both were negative.

if i were you i'd wait atleast a week and then have a BLOOD TEST as it is far more
reliable than those home tests.
