4 months without a period neg urine test help please

I last had my period on October 20th it is now February the 17th. I have never been on any type of birth control other than using a condom. My period is very regular and always on time. i have took multiple home test and they all come out negative. I even went to take a free urine pregnancy test at a clinic and it came out negative there. I have been debating on going to the emergency room and seeing if i can get a ultra sound. Before that i want to know if it could be anything else. I do not want to get a big bill from the hospital for no reason. Please help if you know what migt be wrong with me.

I still haven't gone to a doctor and I started to discharge brown. What does that mean. Should I go to the hospital today. Or should I just wait and see if I start my period.

I had the same thing 20 years ago. Six preg tests in 3 months all negative. My period was like clockwork at the time. I finally realized I had gained weight and went back and got a blood test that was inconclusive so the clinic did an ultra sound and sure enough I was pregs. If you truly feel you may be preg get a blood test. Ask for a full panel just in case something else is going on which could come through with the tests.
