41yrs young, tubes tied for 16yrs. having pain while having sex and having my period for a month or is it a period?? HELP

i am 41yrs young, i started my period on nov. 25 had it for 7days off and on ended on dec. 2nd and began to bleed lightly again on dec. 7th and stopped and again on the 9th and still bleeding today on the 12th of dec. however its strange because everytime i am going to be on my period i am having alot of breast pain 2weeks prior to starting my period. before all of this i had a period twice in one month, what is it.. at times it hurts while having sex.. i use tampons all the time.. what could it be, i am wondering if i am starting my menopause..i have had my tubes tied, burnt, sliced for 16yrs. so taking any birth control pill or shots is not the cause of this.. but what could it be,, i am tired of wearing a pad.. i stopped wearing tampons because i fear it could be due to too much tampon use... please tell me what you think

I would definitely suggest getting checked out by a gyn. Your period could be caused to hormonal changes from menopause but that shouldn't cause you pain. So I would recommend getting seen to because the gyn can make sure nothing is wrong and will probably be able to tell you if you're in the beginning of menopause and what you can expect.
