5 weeks pregnant and bleeding

Ok... so the start of my last period was sept 20/07 .. which would make me almost 6 weeks.. this is my 4th pregnancy ..I have 2 but my last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 10 weeks.. Yesterday evening I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was like a light pinkish blood on the tissue .. so we went to the hospital and i went to the bathroom n it was the same .. they took a exam and said my cervix was closed and took my bloodwork and told me to come back if it got worse .. i never seen nemore blood  through the night but this morning there is a lil bit every time i wipe .. light pinkish or like brownish very very light n watery.. what do yas think ? another miscarriage?
