I had an IUd last November and a DNC last December. I am 6 weeks pregant now and this morning I have sharp lower abdominal pain. Should I worry or normal after a dnc?

if the dnc was in december, you shouldnt be experiencing any symptoms now. It does increase the risk of miscarriage. Many women complain of cramping and sharp pulling sensations on either side of pelvis when pregnant. Its the ligaments pulling the uterus up that causes that. If its unbareable then you should see a doctor.
