8 Weeks and 4 days since last period......ultrasound done today...
HELLO EVERYONE, IT HAS BEEN 8 WEEKS AND 4 DAYS TODAY SINCE MY LAST PERIOD AND I WENT IN TO HAVE A ULTRASOUND DONE ON TODAY. WELL, AS ALWAYS, THE TECHNICIAN NEVER WANTS TO GIVE YOU ANY INFO REGARDING THE RESULTS, BUT I HAVE A QUESTION IN REGARDS TO WHAT I SAW ON THE SCREEN MYSELF. THERE WERE THREE SCANS DONE......UPPER ABDOMEN, LOWER ABDOMEN, AND TRANSVAGINAL. ON ALL THREE SCANS, I SAW SOMETHING PULSATING ON THE SCREEN. THE TECHNICIAN KEPT LOOKING AT THE THUMPING PICTURE ON THE SCREEN. SO THEN SHE ATTEMPTED TO DO THE LOWER ABDOMEN, SAME THING, PULSATING PICTURE ON THE SCREEN. THEN SHE HAD ME EMPTY MY BLADDER AND SHE DID THE TRANSVAGINAL, SAME THING. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER I WAS WITNESSING MY BABY'S HEARTBEAT BECAUSE MY BLOOD TEST AND URINE TEST CAME BACK NEGATIVE ABOUT A WEEK OR SO AGO. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INPUT.

THAT'S TOO CUTE......LIL BEAN......LOL. THAT'S PROBABLY WHAT I WAS SEING THEN. IT WAS LIKE A LITTLE DARK OBJECT JUST FLASHING ON THE SCREEN. THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE. I APPRECIATE YA. I'LL KEEP YOU ALL POSTED.
I had a vag. ultrasound when i found out i was 7 weeks preggo...he looked kinda like a little bean, and you could see the little heart pulsating *which really was the whole lil bean, lol)...sounds preggo to me!!! good luck!
You do that...and good luck to you..If this is something you are wanting, It will be the most wonderfultime of your life. I just became a grandma 3 months ago...and Im just 39!
Sounds like it to me Maume3. I thought I was just imagining things at first but when I saw that same beat on all three scans, I said this has got to be a heartbeat. Thanks again. I'll keep you informed on the result when I get them this week.
