90+ days late, and not sure if I should be too worried?..

I'm 19 & I recently had the IUD implant taken out last February, and I only had it in my arm for a year. Once I got it removed, I had a normal period that ended at the end of March. I haven't had one since then, and I'm now 90+ days late. I've taken tests and they're all saying negative.
I had recently gone to my OB for my annual, and she said that taking out my id shouldn't have delayed anything this long, so she prescribed me prenatal vitamins "just incase". She also said to come back in 3 months if my period still hasn't came yet...
I just took another test yesterday, and like always, it was negative.
Is there any one who maybe went through the same thing, and how long it took for them to have their regular period? Or maybe just any advice?

Hey I have no experience with an IUD, but you may want to look for a hormone imbalance or polycystic ovarian syndrome. I have both, and it caused me to miss my period for 4 months before my gyno told me what was up. I took some pills for it and I'm all good now. I would ask your doctor about that. Sorry that's the best advice I can give you. And for whatever it's worth, if your doctor can tell you're not pregnant, you've taken that many tests, and they still prescribe you prenatal vitamins, you should find a new doctor.
