Last night I noticed a lump between my inner and outer labia. Its about a 1/4 inch to a 1/2 inch long (hard to measure down there by myself!) thin and oval shaped... kind of like a vein under the skin, but hard and protruding. It didn't hurt at all, but I made the mistake of trying to push on it til it went away, so now it kinda hurts. I can't afford medical care to get it checked out, so I was hoping someone had had something similar??
If it's below your vaginal opening and off to the side it could be a Bartholin gland infection. Use Google images to see if that might be what it is. If so, you can do further research to discover your treatment options.
