A bump on my right labia thingy. Hurts.

I have this ugly bump on my right labia. Well, its more like its in it or something. Also, it looks like there's a vein or maybe extra skin coming from the top of my clitoris. I've never had sex. My boyfriend and I have talked about sex a few times, but it's something were both willing to wait for. But I really wanna know if this bump is something to worry about. It hurts like hell to squeeze. I thought it may have been a pimple or something. Its hard and nasty feeling. I shave down there, and I randomly noticed it out of the blue in the shower tonight. I'm really freakin' scared. I just want it to go away. Help!?!?! D;
