I have never had a regularRegular insulin monthly period; ever since I started, it has been three months between them, regularRegular insulin as clockwork (except for some skipped ones when I was in my early teens). Even when I was underweight they went the same way. My periods are about as heavy as a normalNormal saline flush monthly one.
But I am worried, does this mean that I am at a risk for bone problems or cancer because I don't menstruate every month? Do womenWomen's way who menstruate only four times a year get cancer?
