AM I PREGNANT?

I had many tests... back to back over the past while.
I am 3 weeks late for my period. No birth control. My husband says he thinks im pregnant by my breasts. I am having all the symptoms. Horrid heartburn, nausea, sudden hunger, have to urine constantly, constipation, fatigue but can not rest because pressure on my stomach at night.  I had the IUD about a year ago and then had a procedure called leap. Got an infection from the IUD.
All my HPT come back negative. I occasionally get cramps but for the most part, i dont feel like my period is starting.
What are the chances I am still pregnant? Also, What else could be giving me these symptoms?

I was 3 months along before I got a positive test, but I just knew I was pregnant.
Did you use first morning urine?  It would have the highest concentration of hgb.  A blood test may be more accurate but I don't know that for sure.  Are you on any meds or herbs?  Some meds can cause wierd hormonal symptoms.  If I take Risperdal I lactate. The best advice I could give is, if you think you're pregnant then treat your body as if you are, just in case.  Have you been running fever?  If you're having pain, especially during sex, I would go to the dr to rule out infection or tubal pregnancy.  I don't think you should have any discomfort at this point.

I'm not a dr but it sounds to me like you could have some kind of infection.  If you do, you want to get it treated asap because any scarring could affect future fertility.
