ANNOYED AT MY VAGINA!!

My discharge is normal. My lips are swollen and my vagina is irritated unless i put salt water in it. Inside there is this cottage lumpy stuff in it. Is that a yeast infection or Bacterial infection?

the EXACT SAME THING is happening to me right now! no one will reply to my topic though *cry* is the clottage lumpy stuff white? I swear im having the same problem I hope you get a better answer for it i dont know if its a yeast or bacterial thing
