Abdomen pain after a D&C

I had a D&C on May 12th 2007. Its been a while since then, but now ive noticed that ive been having like a shooting pain kinda thing, it moves from one side to the other, like around my Ovaries. Could there be something wrong? Its been like this for over a week now, and I cant get in to see my doctor for another week. Im hoping that im not pregnant again and having a tubal pregnancy instead of the Blighted Ovum I had the last time. Does anybody have some suggestions about what it could be? is this normal before an expected period? or??
