Abdormal Period

I was just recently doing some research about menstrual cycles and so forth. From the time I have had my first period, , they have always had a heavy blood flow with excruciating pain that regular over the counter medication does nothing for. I also accumulate nausea and sharp rectal pains during my period. If I'm not mistaken, this is all not normal. Should I go see my doctor? What could possibly be causing all of this?

Yes, go see your doc.  You need an ultrasound at least.
