Abnormal bleeding and cramping

I have had my tubes tied for about a year and a half and started on birth control about 4 months later due to heavy periods. I then started with heavy cramping and a lot of spotting so in Oct I had and d&c and they removed some scar tissue and small cysts. I was told to continue the bc and the bleeding should be better. I have started with the heavy cramping and spotting again. I bleed light to moderate most mornings and cramp during. I bleed after sex and cramp hard. This are the same problems I've been having for over a year. I go to the doctor in Jan and would like to have some conditions/suggestions to have him look into. I've been going to 2 different docs who share notes and nothing has helped. Anyone else having similar issues and what was causing it?

Argh.  I'm sorry to read this!  Have you researched fibroids?  Ovarian cysts?  Those are two possibilities.  I sure hope it resolves and hope you also come back and tell us about your doctor's appointment in January.  Maybe you are a good candidate for ablation!  This helped a friend of mine who had similar problems to you.  Let us know!

I will look into fibroids. I do have a history of ovarian cysts but they did a laproscopy when i had my tubes tied and again in Oct when I had the d&c to remove them. The most recent the one was very small and unlikely to be the cause according to the doc. Thank you
