About hair. Help

So lately, after I've taken a shower, I blow dry it, and it still feels greasy, like there is still shampoo in it. Usually, i'm in the shower from anywhere til 45 minutes to an hour. I spend about 30 minutes just rinsing it. But lately it hasnt mattered how long i stand in the shower rinsing my hair, it still feels greesy. I straighten it a lot and blow dry it a lot. Could my hair be damaged? How can i make sure i have all the shampoo out of my hair, so i dont have to take two showers. The other day i took 3, the first time i took a shower, my hair still felt liek it had shampoo in it, so i took another one and just rinsed my hair, still felt like it had shampoo in it, took a third one, still felt liek it had shampoo in it. so i just said forget it. I tried changing my shampoo but it did the same thing.  i dont know what else to do. Im going to get it thinned out.. again.. in a few days. idk any suggestions?

If you have this result no matter what you use for shampoo, maybe it's not as greasy as you think and your mind is just playing tricks on you.  Talk to a hairdresser and have a wash from a pro, and then if the hair feels normal to the hairdresser, I'd attack the issue another way, by trying some kind of anti-anxiety regime or a therapist.
