After Sex- Is It normal?..Pregnancy...

Im almost 21 years old. Its been over 2 weeks since ive lost my virginity. My boyfriend and I did not use protection, so yes I am currently awaiting time to find out if I am pregnant. The question I have is not related to pregnancy... ever since we had sex, Ive noticed ive had a little bit of white discharge (or so thats what it looks like) and Ive been red and extremely itchy from the outside of my vagina, to a little way in. Is this normal? The only thing is, Im afraid that if I am pregnant (which is to my understanding, it takes at least a month before a woman is able to find out that shes pregnant...correct me if im wrong, this stuff is all new to me and im confused, so Im afraid of the possibilites of taking any kind of medication or getting one of those over the counter things for yeast infections. Im not even sure what this is... any suggesions, comments? I really dont want to ask my own mother for advice, because then things will just get awkward between us if I have to tell her Ive had sex. Another thing i want to add is my boyfriend and I didnt find this out until recently and we are unsure if he had this during our sexual incounter, but he had a UTI or Uninary Tract Infection (im unsure how to spell it).. also, I could use some help on pregnancy answers and why its gotta take so long for me to find out if i am pregnant.

sounds like a yeast infection. your wrong about it being a month before she can find out if shes pregnant. its like two weeks (that would be from ovulation till your next period)
just go to the doctors since you having unprotected sex you need an std test
