Anteverted uterus

hi,

from what I understand, an anteverted uterus is one that is a mirror image of itself, so what is left is right and what is right us left. us that correct? is it serious, unusual or normal?

is this rare in women? does it affect pregnancy?

thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
An Anteverted Uterus is a condition in which the uterus is inclined forward toward the front of the abdomen. This is the largely common uterine arrangement and it does not interfere with pregnancy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
