Any clomid+metformin success story?

Hi, Im new here. Im 22 years old and been ttc naturally for a year didnt success. A few months ago went to gyno to for hormone check up and have my hubby checked his semen. He was normal, but doc found out that Im not ovulating. I also diagnose of PCOS when I was 18. So, my doc gave me clomid 50mg to help me ovulate and on day 21 I was asked to check my progesterone, but Im still not ovulating. Now my doc dose up my clomid to 100mg and she also gave me metformin. Im hoping to get pregnant. Have anyone successfully conceive on second cycle of clomid+metformin? Thank you. :)

yes clomid 100 mg plus metformin 1500mg per day may work with success rate 20% per cycle . i hope you to be pregnant soon . PCOS is a simple disorder but need close monitore to check dose versus response . good luck

Thank you for your reply DrHend. I think my doc wants to see if 100mg of clomid works or not, she didn't monitor me that much, she only asked me to have my progesterone check on day 21 and make an appointment again on day 2 of my period (if I happen to have my period again) Its really disappointing. Do you think 100mg of clomid and metformin (500mgX3/day) works on me?
