B 12 shots questions and update

Well it turns out that I definatly have a hormone imbalance. My Dr. said that it is due to me taking the Lupron shot. Everything in my body has just gotten messed up and it's going to take a little while to get everything back to the way it's supposed to be.
I have been having a really hard time dealing with lack of energy. So he gave me a B 12 shot. Has anybody taken this before?
And can I still take my multi-vitamin? I just bought One a Day for women. I don't want to end up taking too much B 12 in one day. And before I was taking magnesium and B 12 vitamins. I'm assuming that I should stop taking at least the B 12 vitamin? What about the magnesium? Can I take that along with the multi-vitamin?
My Dr. was on-call and had to go to the hospital so I couldn't finish asking him these questions.

My mom has to take b-12 injections every two weeks due to a bowel surgery. But, you can still take your multi-vitamin and mag. I don't think that you need the extra b-12 pills. Her arm arm got sore a couple times, but she said that she used it more and it worked out in a couple days. It has helped her energy, as she is still anemic. Glad you got in to see your dr. Too bad he had to get called out. It never fails, huh? But don't you be late for an appt. or it could be cancelled, right?
