i was 3 months pregnant but i got ill and complications meant i was forced to have an abortion. i began taking the pill after I had the termination but got an infection in my womb due to the surgery being incomplete and the placenta being left inside of me and blocking my cervix ( sorry for the gory detail) that has made me really sore, swollen and constantly heavy bleeding for a month. the doctors gave me antibiotics and said to just watch for clots cos that could be a sign that something is really wrong. my problem is that im now on my pill free week and so am bleeding heavier due to my problems mixed with a period. but im worried cos i passed a clot yesterday and dont know if this is a sign of something serious or just part of my period. though i have never passed a clot in a period before and i have really bad cramps, so i am kind of freaking out. especially cos my moron of a boyfriend that got me pregnant walked out on me 6 days after the termination, cos he's really nice like that, so i dont really have anyone i can talk to about it... advice please!
