BOY OR GIRL?
anyone have any "its a boy" or "its a girl" tips/signs for while your pregnant. i'm really trying to guess and everyone gives me the same knd of tips that works for both so i;m seeing if there is any i haven't heard of yet
I have done intelligender test came back girl, had done draino test came back girl, had done gender maker said girl (twice), and I have also dine the ring test and it said my first was a boy and this one is meant to be a girl. What do you think the chances are of this being right?
Hi im 18 weeks pregnant and i would like to know the gender of my baby what's the best way to find out without a ultraound?
Going by the heart rate is not always a sure sign, but with all my boys (3) the rates were always lower -130's and 140's- and with this one it is higher -150's and 160's. I wondered if it was a girl because of this. i had an ultrasound and it is a GIRL! I don't think that going by the heart rate is always acurate, but in my case it was!!
So I checked the chinese calander and I put in the month of conception and my age and it predicted that I was going to have a girl, then throughout my pregnency all I craved were for sweets and I was gaining weight all over except my stomach, they say when you carry a boy your more stomach, and when its a girl its not in the stomach part, and I wasn't showing until about 5 or 6 months, I also didn't have any morning sickness, they say that when you are carrying a girl you don't get sickness , when your carrying a boy you get morning sickness a lot. So every time I took the tests online to see what I was having it stated that I was having a girl, when I went to the doctors the baby's heart rate was @ a fast pace......sure enough they were right I did have a girl!
Haha that chinese calender is creepy. I put in my conception date and my friends and it said boy. That is a really hard thing to use though because it is rare that a person actually knows the exact day they conceived. (I had to guess at my friends, I only knew what month she became pregnant). Anyways, we both had boys by the way, that is so neat.
lol I love all these tests and tricks for guessing your baby's sex, but it is true you can't tell for sure. But sometimes it is miraculous how they work. lol I tried the string and needle thing on people who weren't pregnant but had already had kids and it would say they were having exactly what they had. So weird. But with my friend it said she would have a girl first and she now has a 2 year old son. Mine said I would have a boy first and I did, but it also said a girl and then a boy. I don't want that many kids it better be wrong! lol. Anyways, good luck guessing and congrats everyone on your pregnancies!
P.S I wanted a girl so much, though I was completely content with having either gender... I just had already been given a lot of pink lol. But in my gut I knew he was a boy and he was. My friend was the same way, they told her she was having a girl cuz she carried high and all these other reasons, but she knew he would be a boy and he was. Gut feelings often come true. Womens intuition or Mama's intuition XD

I am hoping for a girl myself so my daughter has a sister to grow up with ,We have 13 granchildren in are family and only 2 are gilr so we sur ecould use annouther girl so I hope god will bless us with her,

The chart says I'm having a boy. I will know if about 6 weeks if that is true. good luck its all a guessing game. but if what you say is true that you gain all the weight in the tummy when you have a boy then I'm having a boy. This pregnancy has been pretty much uncomplicated for my just like my son. Nothing like my pregnancy with my daughter which was loaded with complications. So I would almost have to agree with the chart on this one but I dont know the sex until birth.. I'm 32 weeks right now and counting. I will know soon enough.
The chinees chart was wrong for my boy. Everyone thinks I am having a boy from the way that I am carrying, but I think it is a girl. I am wating until birth to find out! We will see soon enough! Trust your instincs! I was right with my son, and everyone wanted me to have a girl.

I did the chinese chart & it was right with my(4) cousins I cant wait to ttc in jan.Also i heard if you carry HIGH its a boy & LOW its a girl,also the heart rate fast girl slow boy.Also the ring/neddle on the string.I know we women are very impatient.But its all for fun not 100%...nanis
i feel like i'm having a boy and want to have a boy but everyone thinks i'm having a girl i'll find out in a few more weeks but its all i can think about!
I knew all along that I was having a girl, but the way I carried everyone would say to me....your having a boy and I was like nope! I did all the tests and it said boy, but I knew it was a girl and I was right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's just fun to guess. There's nothing you can look for to predict the sex. You have to wait for the u/s. :-) Tough waiting - I know!!!!!! I have mine in 2 weeks and I can't wait.

The answer is no, I have heard so many different things like if you are carring low then it's a boy, or if you hang a ring on a string and depending which way it sways tells you, ect ect. But in realitly the only way you can tell if you are having a boy or girl is by ultrasound and that isn't always 100 %. or having an amnio you can find out if it's a boy or girl for sure. All those other things don't really work, but it's kinda fun trying some of them and see if you are right when the baby is born and you know what it is. But none of them are scientific...sorry.
