A SMALL CIRCUMSCRIBED MASS IN THE UPPER-OUTER QUADRANT OF THE RIGHT BREAST THAT NEEDS FURTHER EVALUATION WITH A GLOBAL ASYMMETRY AND A 7 MM CIRCUMSSCRIBED OVOID ISODENSE MASS BETWEEN 10:00 AND 11 O'CLOCK AT THE MIDDLE THIRD OF THE BREAST WITH A UNREMARKABLE LEFT BREAST. CAN THIS BE A NON PROBLEMATIC SITUATION.
It matters slightly whether the report being quoted is from a mammogram or an ultrasound. In any case, since it implies someone has ordered a test and that a test has been done, the best source of info is from the doctor who ordered the test. Things in the breast that are described as well-circumscribed are less likely to be cancer than those described in other ways.
