Back pain

is back pain after sex normal? Like I mean really bad back pain?

If it's really bad back pain, try a different position that perhaps doesn't strain that part of your back.  If it's worse than the burn of a workout, I'd go see a doctor about it.

If it is making it hard for you to go on with your day and doing things. Then it is not a good thing and may need to get it checked out. Otherwise it is normal like a hard work out.
