Big red bumps that hurt I get around my period

I have been getting red bumps around my genitals and even on around the time for my period for 5 yrs! I have not been able to find a doctor that gives me a strait answer of what it is! They are kinda like boils they get infected and pop they leak puss and blood! I have had them around my genitals and even on my labia! I usually get them right before, during, or after my period but then the usually disapear til the next month! The ones I have now won't heal and just keep getting worse! Does anyone know what this is or if their is an effective treatment? Plese Help ME!
