Bilateral polycystic ovaries

My uterus in normal and no focal lesion.My both ovaries are enlarged in size.
Endometrial thickness- 5.7mm
Right ovary DF - 19.4*14.7
Left ovary DF - 13.8* 10.3

I have done an ultrasound on 12th day of my period. its says i have bilateral polycystic ovaries and dominant follicles in both ovaries.

The term multifollicular or multicystic ovary is applied in the incidence of 6 or more follicles (small sacs containing the ovum), each with a diameter of 4 – 8 mm which can even expand to 10 mm in cases of exception, whereas a normal ovary will show one, at the most two fully developed follicles. A clear distinction should be made between this condition and polycystic ovaries, where the patient will also show hormonal changes as well as changes in her metabolism.
To differentiate it from PCOS.you can get tests like 2 hr GTT,serum androgen and testosterone levels,LH-FSH ratio,prolactin levels,TSH levels,17-hydroxyprogesterone levels  and 3D ultrasound done.
