They sell cucumber pads in drug store.
Just goes to show you how ignorant I am! Thanks for setting
me straight.
Those cucombers have actually been marinating in products to reduce redness and puffyness...
Regular cucombers dont do a thing... They just taist good. :-)
A bag of frozen pees can reduce puffyness also.. Pees because they're little, and a bunch in there to flow with the shape of your face. Ice is too bulky, and way to cold to leave on there for a while.
How about fresh cucumber slices? On the spa ads on the tv
or in magazines, one of the treatments shown for eyes is to
place sliced cucumber on them. It kind of looks refreshing.
I think Ive noticed them more bc I was sick for a week. Thx alot everyone =)
Beauty sleep and releaving stress will make the circles go away. Sadly, makeup isnt a permanent solution.
Ofcourse water and vitamins are wonderful, and they will help with blemishes.
You can also see a dermantologist about it.. The stuff doctors give you can be better than anything else out there.
If you have dark circles with bags that just wont dissapear no matter what, then it needs to be surgically removed. They make a little incision and cut away excess skin and fat cells.
Sometimes it's worth it to spend alot of $$ on something that WILL work, than trying forever and a day, and spending countless dollars on something that 'might' work.
Another thing I forgot to add is you can buy a yellow concelear to put under regular concelear as well. The yellow helps lighten the circles.
Most of the time there is not much you can do except cover it up with makeup. I'm not sure about you but for me its hereditary. My father is middle eastern and the doctor told me that it is prevalent among them as my father has them as well. I have been covering them up since I was 12!! The best thing I have found is a cream by Monteil called energy concentrate for eyes and for concelear Prescriptives camoflauge kit or Erno Lazlo concelear. They are a little more expensive but they work the best.
Hi -- I have chronic dark circles under my eyes -- i've tried a bunch of lotions/creams..
Just got Hylexin in December & tried it for about 2 months and noticed NO difference - don't waste your money on this. A tiny tube is $100.
A product that I use now & have used in the past that does seem to help, is a Chanel product called Eye Tonic, here is a link to it on Sephora's website:
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?productID=SKPRE56Z
I definitely think this helps for me -- OTC products have given me a rash so I found this after searching.. it's a little expensive, but worth it I think.
good luck!
Lots of sleep or lots of makeup!! haha
Good luck and i hope you feel better..
