Black little bumps on my legs?

Okay so Im 15 and I have these little bumps everywhere on my legs and they're not pimples they're smaller than that . They're black and I thought they were black heads but when I squeezed it, hair follicle came out on every one and I was like what , and I don't know what try are they look gross and feel gross on my legs and I don't like them someone please help , how do I get rid of them ?

Hello,
These can be due to folliculitis.
Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
