Bladder control issues after intimacy

After my boyfriend and I fooled around one night, I have no control over my bladder. Whenever I have the urge to urinate I can't hold it in and can't make it to the bathroom in time. I cannot stop the flow of urine whenever I attempt to. It is possible he tore my muscles somewhere? This is really bothering me. Help!

if you aren't having pain it probably isn't a torn muscle.kegel exercises might help you.if this continues you should go to a urogynecologist.
