Bladder incontinence

by couch, Sep 15, 2009 12:49PM
I am 47. 6 months ago, I started jogging about 3 miles a day 3 days a week. I also may have fibroids. I do not know which, if either, is the issue. I am not over weight and I do not smoke. I have a little bit of bladder incontinence when I stand still, not when I run or walk or sit. I use tampons to stop the incontinence and never leak when I have a tampon in. Also, the situation fluctuates with my periods, I am more likely to leak when when I am ovulating, which makes me think that it might be fibroid related.

Tampons are effective, but I do not want to have to use tampons daily. What else works?
