Bladder pain valva pain

8 weeks ago i had sex for the first time in a long time. A few days later i had an itch which was later treated for uti. After many tesst which all came back negative I went to a urologist who did a scan and internal micro examination. He told me I had cystitis. I have also valva pain in the clitorous region. no matter what tablets or all the treatments I take it doesnt clear up completely. Could something else be wrong. Even pain killers are not working.
