Bleeding 3years after my hysterectomy

My question is why am I bleeding 3yrs after my hysterectomy? I have very bad pains in my stomach my back hurts and I always ahave headache. Im also tired alot. Im worried because I am only 23yrs old. I plan on getting married next year and I want to have this problem solved before that. So if anybody can help me let me know.

I agree, see a doctor.  It could be something as simple as an infection that is causing the bleeding.  Hope all goes well!

I had a several surgeries for stage IV endometriosis until final I had a hystorectomy (Dec 06) with the removal of my tubes, ovaries and uterus. The cervix remains.  I felt great up until recently when I started having period like bleeding along with brown discharge.  Intially I had no pain but no I'm expericing really bad cramps.  I made an appt with my docotor her performed an utltrasound which rvealed a cyst right where my right ovary was located.  Is this possible? If so, what steps were  taken to resolve this.  Any insight is appreciated.

I had total hysterectomy in jun of 2004 and have sence had 5 serg. to repair abdominal fistula which wasn't found until the last serg, now I have a hernia and another fistula from bladder to vag and abdominal hernia. I am tired all the time have infection and blood passing through vag. and much pain along with many other symptions. I am see another surgon in a few days after many tests. I know what it is . My questions is : is their and end to all this missery?
