I am 25 years old, and currently weigh 176lbs. Less than two months ago i joined a weight loss program and have since lost 13 lbs. Part of this program is intense cardio for fat burning. Last month, before my period came, i realised that after i exercised i bled a little every day for a week prior. This month, i have missed my expected period date by a week so far, and i have been spotting every day after i have exercised for the last two weeks. Additionally, i have PCOS. Can the PCOS be causing this, or should i be worried. PS. the reason i want to lose weight so badly is because i want to have a baby.
