Bleeding after menopause

Hello, I am 51 yrs old...In 2000, I had an incisional hernia corrective surgery due to caesarian sections (in 1982 and 86)...my periods stopped in early 2002. But, I exercised vigourously in august 2005 and I experienced a little spotting but it stopped there and then. In june 2006 again I experienced VERY lil bleeding for 3-4 days but it stopped again by itself...it again occured in dec 06 for 3 days and now I am experiencing very little spotting for the past 3 to 4 days...I have no other symptoms like stomach ache etc. The blood which is discharged is very light and watery like. Is this stress related coz I am under some stress for the past year ...or do I have uterine/cervical cancer?? Or is it the hernia corrective surgery?
