Bleeding after sex

Good morning

I have been on the 2 month injection for just over a year and my period has "gone away". i have never experienced any problems with intercourse but the last week I have experienced some bleeding after intercourse (10-15 min afterwards). There is no pain during intercourse. There are no other problems, its just the bleeding afterwards that mind boggles me

what does this mean? Is this a serious matter, could I be pregnant or is it the injection working its way out?
