Bleeding and pain but now her period

Hi my girlfriend is a virgin so last Thursday we start making out and we both got horny so i did some fingering to her and then some oral but we kinda got a little to much so i entered her but not all the way so i just went in and out a few times and after 5-6 times i pulled out cause she stared telling me that it hurts to much and we continued with the oral stuff to each other. But 2 days later (saturday) she started getting a lot of pain on the lower part of her stomach and she says to me that when she goes to the toilet to pee she has some blood and she also said that she had a lot of pain while peeing like 'burning' kind of pain but then a few days later the pains started to fade away but today she got the pains again she couldn't even stay at school she went home. We live in a small town and we are both 18 she is afraid to tell her parents cause of the "sex" that we did and she can't go to the doctor cause we all know each other and in this town people talk... a lot!. I asked her to take a pregnancy test she won't do it she seems sure that it's not that and that she has some kind of infection or it's the hymen or virginity things causing these problems i did some research on the internet but i couldn't find anything so i turned here i hope you can give me some pointers on what problem does she have and what to do. If she was a virgin your LIKELY broke her hymen. a.k.a (pop her cherry) which can cause minimal bleeding and discomfort. I was in a little pain for a couple days after my first time. If shes 18, and now that she is no longer a virgin, its a good time for her to get a GYN which is perfectly normal for a young woman to have. Tell her to set up an appointment with one and get checked out to be on the safe side. Its better to be safe then sit back and worry about what others think. Take care! keep updated :-)
