Bleeding between periods and on the pill

I am a 25 year old female who has been on the pill for about 10 years. I went off it once about 3 years ago for a year and I switched from orthotricylen to orthotricylen lo almost a year ago. I've never had any problems or issues until now. I started bleeding about a week and a half before I was supposed to get my period. I have been bleeding now for 9 days, a bit heavier than normal, and was supposed to get my period in the next day or two. I hadn't missed any pills or taken any late. I haven't had sex in over 6 months, I'm in good shape and exercise regularly, and I have very little stress in my life currently. The only thing I've done differently is I received my first HPV vaccination shot about a month and a half ago. What could be causing the bleeding? Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do?
