Bleeding for 2 weeks

I was wondering if anybody else out there has had a period last for at least 2 weeks? I started spotting on 11/10 with brownish tinge and then it went from pink to dark red.. It started only being in the toilet only, to being on the toilet paper and toilet but not going on a pad or undies.. Went to the doctor on 11/15 and neg preg test and told me it was normal. It is now 11/28 and still bleeding off and on. What could be the problem? I don't have an appointment with my doctor until next week and freaking out!
