Blood clots

Im 35. I have four children and my tubes have been tied for the past 13 years. I have been active in my sex life but for the past two months I have been bleeding lightly after sex. I had sex last night and it was painful cause he was doing it a little rough. Well as soon as we were finished I started bleeding heavily. About five in the morning I felt wet so I decided to go take a shower. Went to the bathroom first and I was pushing, a big red bloob came out. Ive had blood clots before in my time but never this huge.I could fit it in the palm of my hand. I flushed it took a shower. Now I feel like I have to push again and the bleeding has not stopped. Im just very confussed and concerned. I cant be pregnant cause my tubes are tied. please help

You should follow-up with you doctor. Heavy bleeding like that is unusual and there's usually an underlying cause. In a rare instance, it could be a miscarraige, even though your tubes are tied. You could also have a hormonal imbalance or fibroids which can cause unusually heavy and painful periods/bleeding or endometriosis. In any account, your doctor needs to evaluate the cause though.

You can get pregnant with your tubes tied, that's how I was conceived.

Kind of sounds like a miscarriage.. sorry if it is.. I would urge you to see a doc to rule out anything dangerous! I don't think you will be pregnant but we couldn't tell you that anyway. You will need to take a test. I hope you find out soon what's going on!!
