Bocelli

Don't know where to put this question?  Last night first time, while I was watching TV in bed, just arrived home from work, my left arm felt like it was vibrating inside.  I thought my God what is going on, I checked the bed, and bedding. Nothing I could see would cause this feeling.
As I reposition myself in the bed, my left arm was on my left leg.  Again this internal vibration started
again, then I felt it in the thigh of my right leg.  I'm not nuts, just want to know what is going on with my body.  I'm a 58yr old female, retireing after 20yrs this year. Very healthy and active person.
No major health concerns.

Hmmm! I'm not really sure what could have caused that. Do you think it could have been some sort of muscle spasm? There are several different "ask a doctor" forums here. If you don't get much help on this forum, maybe you could re-post on one of the doctor forums. Good luck to you!
