Boils on my breast and body

Hi Im almost 40 y/o 150kg , 4 natural births ..and suffer fron Boils on my body..i have recently monitired them and they have ben serious around my breast sides no folds or hidden..visable if bra is off. They are have no heads purplish around centre very painful and red swelling can occur for 3 days. i have also noticed they appear around the time of my menstruation. I also have them on my stomach..some under floads of skin but mostly on the sides of my torso..majority of the boils come up n places where there is nothing covering them but clothing.
what can it be? im so fed up with them as they leave horrible brown stained skin with scares.
