Braxton Hicks or Stomach Virus??? I know.. how odd sounding...

Last night, I was sleeping and woke up from a sound sleep (which I don't normally do!) with terrible stomach pains.. (Up above my bump.. I am 34-35 wks.) Like pain - pain. I did have some diarrea (sorry.. TMI!) but the cramping pain has been coming and going all day... (and all last night!) its seems pretty consistent. What do you think???

Ok... it must have been a stomach bug.. because this morning I am fine.. no pain.. no belly ache and no burning clinching feeling. Thanks to everyone for their input!  Have a wonderful weekend  :)

Do you feel a burning sensation along with the pain? Does the pain radiate around to your back? Have you noticed any mucus discharge? It probably is false labor but if you have experienced any of these symptoms, please contact your doctor.

If it was a GI bug, it should be lower. When is your next appt?

Nothing makes it stop.. but it is up so high in the stomach area..  it feels like a bug maybe. Just wanted to see how high I should feel contractions (I was induced with my other two and don't remember)

With my DD I had little pains that felt like stomach flu pains and they lasted and lasted so I went to the hospital and they admitted me and put me on pitosin and I had my baby 25 hours after the pain started

Switch positions, stand up, sit down, lay on your left side, etc. If it continues, sit and time it. That may be the sure fire way to tell if they ar ein fact contractions or just a bug.
