I was a 38D before i had my first son, then after him, I was a 40F while I was breast feeding, went back down to a 38DD, then, after I stopped breast feeding with my second son, I went up to where I cant find a bra in the store that is big enough, I have no clue what size I am, I am going to do my consult for my breast reduction Jan. 31st......I'm so excited, but my opinion, if you plan on having kids, you should deal with your big breasts til after your done, or you might end up with stretch marks and big breasts again after ward........I think for making then smaller surgery is the only option.

I don't think there is anything you can do to make them smaller, but hopefully they don't grow anymore.  I had a friend in high school who at the age of 15 was a 36DD and the doctor said she would probably grow more.  The good thing is because having large breasts can cause back discomfort your insurance will probably cover it, if you chose to have surgery.

Also, if you ever plan on nursing your future children, you will need to wait until after you are finished before having them surgically reduced. Ironically you can have them enlarged and still nurse, but not the other way around (has to do with the procedure itself).

In the meantime, find a good supportive bra and perhaps an upper back posture brace type thing.
