Breast Pain

I have been having really bad brest pain over the last month. I do not get a period because I had a partial hystorectomy about 5 years ago. They have been itching really bad as well and I have no clue as to what it can be. I have no discharge from either breast. Does anyone by chance have a clue to help me out?
